At SCRUMPT, our top priority is ensuring your treats arrive fresh, delicious, and on time. To maintain quality and avoid unnecessary delays, we currently ship orders via:

 USPS 2-Day Priority Mail

🗓 SHIPPING SCHEDULE

• Orders placed Monday before 12PM → Ship Tuesday 

• Orders placed Tuesday before 12PM → Ship Wednesday

• Orders placed Wednesday–Sunday → before the following Wednesday

We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to prevent your order from sitting in a postal facility over the weekend. This helps ensure maximum freshness and quality when your order arrives.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES ⚠️

Due to the nature of our products, items may shift or melt during transit, especially in warmer months.

We recommend that you refrigerate your cake jars upon arrival to help them firm back up and maintain freshness. After that, allow them to come back to room temperature before enjoying — we promise, they’ll still be just as scrumptious!

All orders shipped are insured. Once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or lost items that may occur during transit.

However, your experience still matters to us. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out and we will gladly assist in facilitating an insurance claim, replacement, or next steps to help resolve the situation as smoothly as possible.
